How to play

Read today's list title: it tells you exactly what the ten have in common.

Type a name, or pick it from the suggestions. A right answer appears in its ranked slot with its figure.

A real player who is not on the list costs a life. Something already on the tower, or a name we do not know, costs nothing. You have 3 lives.
- 4
Your score is how many of the ten you found. Share your tower, or play the same game with friends: take turns on one tower, and each slot is worth its number.
Rules and details
Football Tenable is the top 10 game: one hidden list a day, and your job is to name who is on it. The lists are football's own records: all-time Champions League scorers, Premier League appearances, the biggest transfer fees, World Cup top scorers, managers with the most trophies, the clubs and countries that won the most.
Every right answer climbs into its ranked slot with its figure, so you learn the order as you play. A real footballer who is not on the list costs one of your three lives; a name already on the tower, a name that fits several people or a name we do not know costs nothing. Suggestions appear as you type, from every footballer we know, so they never give the list away.
A new list arrives every day at midnight Argentina time. Without an account you can play the previous days; signed-in players get today's list and the daily leaderboard, ranked by how many of the ten they found and then by lives left. Today's missing answers stay hidden until the day is over.
With friends it becomes a race for the slots. Open a room for 2 to 6 players and take turns on one shared tower: each slot is worth its number, so the tenth is worth ten points; a wrong answer or running out of time costs one of your two lives per list. Three lists, and the highest total wins.

Every day brings five football categories with a closed list: a World Cup squad, the Copa Libertadores champions, a club's top scorers. Name the answers one after another while the clock gets shorter with each one, from 20 seconds down to 6. Three misses in a row or a timeout ends the category.
