Guess the Minute of the Goal

Rules and details

Guess the Minute of the Goal is the game from the streams: a famous goal appears on screen with the match, the final score, the stage and the scorer, and you say the minute it went in. Ten goals a day from World Cup finals and knockout nights, Champions League ties, the Euro and the Copa América.

The exact minute is worth 3 points. Within two minutes you still get 2, within five minutes 1, and anything further scores nothing, so a perfect day is 30 points. Added time counts on to the minute: a goal at 90+3 is minute 93 and a goal at 45+2 is minute 47.

Every minute is checked against two independent match records before a goal is used. Ten new goals arrive every day at midnight Argentina time. Without an account you play the previous days; signed-in players get today's goals, one ranked run on the daily leaderboard and their streak. At the end you get ten coloured squares to share.

You can also play it 1v1 against a friend online, like on the streams: send them the room link and you both see the same goal at the same time. Each of you types a minute without seeing the other's, then both are revealed: the exact minute takes 3 points, otherwise the closer guess takes 1.

Play past days without an account; sign in for today's goals, your streak and the daily leaderboard.
